Client Overview
Mission Critical Systems (MCS) is a technology solutions provider specializing in secure, mission-critical IT
infrastructure and cybersecurity services. Each year, MCS hosts an annual summit that brings together customers,
partners, and industry leaders to discuss emerging threats, best practices, and innovations in cybersecurity.
The Challenge
MCS’s long-running Information Security Technology Summit needed a refresh. The event required a complete rebrand, increased customer attendance, and comprehensive support for coordination and execution. Internally, the MCS team lacked the capacity to manage the growing scope of both the front-end attendee experience and back-end logistics.
MCS needed a partner who could elevate the event creatively and take ownership of end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution, transforming their summit into a flagship customer engagement initiative.
Objectives
Rebrand the annual summit with a modern, compelling identity
Increase customer attendance and deepen engagement
Streamline organization, logistics, and communications
Deliver a seamless, professional experience for attendees and sponsors
Reduce internal workload on the MCS team

Strategy & Concept
We reimagined the event and relaunched it as Mission: Security’2X; a focused, mission-driven brand built around MCS’s cybersecurity expertise and customer priorities.
The strategy centered on a unified event identity across all digital and physical touchpoints, clear automated communications to reduce friction for attendees and sponsors, and strong operational planning to ensure a smooth, scalable experience.
Execution
We managed the event from concept through completion, serving as a true extension of the MCS team. We managed the event from start to finish, acting as an extension of the MCS team in both creative and operational roles.
