Experiential Marketin

Client Overview

Mission Critical Systems (MCS) is a technology solutions provider specializing in secure, mission-critical IT infrastructure and cybersecurity services. Each year, MCS hosts a summit that brings together customers, partners, and industry leaders to discuss emerging threats, best practices, and cybersecurity innovations.

The Challenge

MCS’s long-running Information Security Technology Summit needed a refresh. The event required a complete rebrand, increased customer attendance, and comprehensive support for coordination and execution. Internally, the MCS team lacked the capacity to manage the growing scope of attendee experience planning, communications, and operational logistics.

MCS needed a partner who could elevate the event creatively and own end-to-end planning, organization, and execution, transforming the summit into a flagship customer engagement initiative.

Objectives

Rebrand the annual summit with a modern, compelling identity

Increase customer attendance and deepen engagement

Streamline organization, logistics, and communications

Deliver a seamless, professional experience for attendees and sponsors

Reduce internal
workload on the
MCS team

Strategy & Concept

We reimagined the event and relaunched it as Mission: Security’2X; a focused, mission-driven brand built around MCS’s cybersecurity expertise and customer priorities.

The strategy centered on a unified event identity across all digital and branded touchpoints, clear automated communications to reduce friction for attendees and sponsors, and strong operational planning and systems to support a smooth, scalable experience.
