Employee Curated

Content Program

Client Overview

PDS is a specialized staffing and talent acquisition firm serving the IT, Aerospace, and Engineering sectors. In a highly competitive recruiting landscape, brand trust and subject-matter authority play a major role in attracting both enterprise clients and high-value technical talent.

The Challenge

PDS had deep industry expertise, but it wasn’t being showcased. Their website and marketing lacked consistent thought leadership, practitioner visibility, and content that set PDS apart. PDS needed to convert internal expertise into an external asset.

Objectives

Boost PDS’s reputation as the
top choice for specialized IT,
Aerospace, and Engineering
staffing solutions

Position employees
as industry experts,
not just recruiters

Develop high-impact
content that attracts clients,
strengthens SEO, and
builds lasting trust

Showcase the PDS brand using
genuine, relatable employee
stories that foster trust

Strategy

Unlike traditional marketing approaches, we designed an Employee-Curated Thought Leadership Program that
leveraged authentic practitioner expertise, giving PDS a truly distinctive voice in the staffing industry.

The strategy was unique: instead of typical top-down content, we made PDS employees the visible, credible
industry voices. By combining internal subject-matter experts with professional content development, we built a
repeatable system that captured and amplified authentic expertise, making PDS’s approach different from generic
market peers.

Execution

We worked with PDS employees who had hands-on experience in IT staffing, engineering recruitment, and aerospace talent acquisition. These employees became the brand’s voices.

We worked alongside each contributor to gather their insights, notes, and viewpoints on relevant industry topics, structure their ideas into compelling, high-value articles, and edit and refine content for clarity, credibility, and SEO performance.

Topics included hiring trends, skill shortages, workforce planning, technical recruiting challenges, and industryspecific insights, ensuring each piece was expert-driven and market-ready.

We created dedicated author pages for each contributor, transforming employees into recognizable thought leaders, trusted voices in their specialties, and human representatives of the PDS brand. Each author page linked their expertise directly to the broader PDS brand ecosystem.

The content was prominently showcased on the PDS blog, making thought leadership a central pillar of the website experience. Content was also distributed across employee social media pages and the PDS company LinkedIn page, increasing time on site and building a growing library of evergreen, authoritative content.
